Class Descriptions

Strength and Tone (S&T) – A low impact workout to develop muscle tone, good technique and core stability. Beginner/intermediate

Full Body Training (FBT) РA bootcamp style workout  to help you improve your fitness, burn fat and increase strength. Intermediate

Boxing Fitness (BF) – A boxing based workout on focus pads which also includes some cardio and strength work. Intermediate

Core РA pilates inspired class that will increase your core strength, mobility an improving your posture  РBeginner/Intermediate
