Class Descriptions

Full Body Training (FBT) – A bootcamp style workout to help you improve your fitness, burn fat and increase strength. Beginner/intermediate

Strength and Tone (S&T) – A low impact workout to develop muscle tone, good technique and core stability. Beginner/intermediate

Boxing Fitness (BF) – A boxing based workout on focus pads which also includes some cardio and strength work. Intermediate

Core – A pilates inspired class that will increase your core strength, mobility an improving your postureĀ  – Beginner/Intermediate
