We have classes to suit beginner, intermediate and advanced fitness levels, so please give us an idea of your fitness so we can put you in an appropriate class. If you have any injuries or ailments that restrict your exercise please let us know so we can modify your class accordingly.
Our group classes run between 5.30am and 11.00am 7 days a week, private sessions are available from 9am until 5pm Monday-Friday or 7am-10am Saturday.
