Why should you sign up?
Reduce Body Fat - Our bootcamp style classes are designed to burn fat fast! All classes will contain high intensity interval training (the most effective way to burn fat) as well as strength training to speed up your metabolism.
Improve Your Cardio Fitness - Classes are structured to build fitness as you progress through the 6 weeks. We'll start at a beginner level and increase the intensity week by week so you'll finish the program much, much fitter than when you started.
Build Strength and Muscle Tone - Every class will feature strength training using your own bodyweight as well as dumbells, medicine balls and strength bands. There's plenty of easy options if you're starting from a low base, so don't be scared!
Flexible Class Times - You'll be able to attend unlimited classes during the 6 weeks, with your choice of 5.30am and 6.15am early morning or 5.45pm and 7.00pm evening classes depending on your schedule.
Professional Trainers - Our trainers are all qualified and registered with Fitness Australia. If you're unable to to certain movements due to injury or disability we are always happy to find an alternative exercise so please don't hesitate to ask.
